What We Accept

Items Accepted

  • Season appropriate clothing (spring & summer clothing in our spring sale/fall & winter clothing for our fall sale).

  • Each of the following categories can allow 10 pieces per gender: Preemie, Newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months, 9-12 months, 12 months, size 14, size 16 (only for boys, girls not accepted in this size), size 18 (only for boys, girls not accepted in this size).

  • Children’s clothing size 18 month-size 12-no limits on how many items you can bring

  • All clothing items must be tagged with # sizes. For example 4, 7, 14. No S, M or L sizes accepted except for athletic wear. If it has a S, M, L tag, write the appropriate # size beside that on the tag

  • Shoes in good condition – (limit of 10 pair per gender)

  • Backpacks & lunchboxes

  • Children’s furniture and layette items-diaper bags, diapers, cloth diapers, burp cloths, tableware, boppy pillows, crib sheets, potty seats, stools, sound machines, blankets, nursing supplies, sippy cups, etc.

  • Big ticket items-car seats, strollers, pack and plays, bouncy seats, ride on toys, high chairs, outdoor toys, swings, etc

  • Toys, books, games, puzzles, arts & crafts (arts & crafts only will have a limit of 5 per consignor unless they are new in box, then 10 will be allowed)

  • Sports equipment in good condition

  • Video games, equipment and DVDS in good condition-No rated R or M

  • We do accept Halloween costumes during the Fall/Winter sale.

Items Not Accepted

  • Clothing that is not the correct season for the current sale

  • Junior, misses or men’s clothing

  • Out-of-date clothing

  • Any item that is stained, torn, extremely worn, broken, missing buttons, is missing parts or that has an odor, etc.

  • Clothing from homes where there has been cigarette smoke need to be thoroughly cleaned and freshened!

  • Items tagged incorrectly

  • Clothing in ziploc bags  (other items are acceptable in bags)

  • VHS tapes

  • Drop-sided cribs or any other item that has been safety recalled

  • Car seats out of expiration date 

  • Stuffed animals–unless they are battery operated or licensed characters

  • Battery operated toys without batteries; we sell batteries if you get to the building without any

  • R or Mature rated videos or games, or inappropriate books

  • Bedding – infant and juvenile (baby blankets still accepted)

  • Room Decor

  • Breast Pumps unless they are the hands-free wearable kind

  • Maternity clothing

  • Party Supplies

Please check items you plan to consign and/or purchase with this search tool from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Simply type in keywords and it will search for recalls you should be aware of. *Items must also be wiped clean and lead-free.
