It takes a lot of people to make Wee Swap run smoothly and we’d love to have you on our team! All of our workers are volunteers, but they do this for a very special reason – early shopping! If you are willing to work ONE 6-hour shift, you can get access to the special “Workers-Only” sales event! This event happens before any other pre-sales, and allows our workers exclusive access to all of our best items with limited competition. Workers also have a private day to drop-off their items and to browse before the shopping night. Workers also get in 30 minutes before consignors during the half-price sale. We are grateful for our workers; we certainly could not do this without them!

IMPORTANT DATES FOR WORKERS:

• April 1 – Workers may drop-off without an appointment from 12pm – 5pm.  All other consignors need a scheduled appointment this day.  Workers may browse during these hours also.

• April 3 – Worker’s shopping night at 5:30pm. You MUST have a pass to enter and you will receive it in line when the door opens. One worker per pass.  No children, no guests, and no strollers.

• April 15 – Workers may shop the 50% off sale at 6:30pm, thirty minutes prior to consignors!

• Your worker shift!  - We will send you a reminder text, so please be looking out for that to remind you of your shift, but it is your responsibility in case we forget to text! We depend on you tremendously to make our sale a success! *Please remember, no children are allowed during your shift.

To our Non-Consignor Workers:

• You are not required to be a consignor in order to work!

• Non-consignors are required to send a $60 fee that will be returned once the shift has been completed and the sale is over.

• Once you sign up, please read the email confirmation for instructions on where to send your fee.

• If you fail to show up for your shift, we will use the $60 to hire someone to take your spot!

To our Consigning Workers:

• You are not required to work as a consignor!

• If you choose to work, you will not be required to pay as long as you have dropped off items at the current sale.

• If you do not show up for your shift, the $60 will be taken from your earnings.
